- Lead conversation (Aster, Board line, Sales)
- Monitoring all Supervisors -daily job, making them to involve in referrals, reviews, collecting payment from delay pay customers, supervisor need to strictly monitor on consent form all the customers.
- Working on an increase in visits and revenue on a monthly basis.
- Talking to customer in related to resolve, customer issues- such as1) issues due to poor performance of staffs (inhouse and vendor), 2)supervisor not visiting the customer.
- Monitoring and interacting with Homecare Billing, to collect the due amount from customers, if any billing clarification, customer not paying the due amount.
- Maintain Aster lead tracker on monthly bases and working in maximum conversation of on lead such as cost, and convincing to customer in regard to staff utilization.
- Involving and assisting all our team members.
