A Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Field Sales Executive promotes and sells products directly to individual buyers on-site. They pitch goods in person, sign up new customers, hit daily or monthly sales goals, and build brand trust out in the field.

Key Responsibilities

- Direct Selling: Meet customers face-to-face in assigned areas to pitch and sell products.
- Lead Generation: Find current buyers through local networking, referrals, and direct field outreach.
- Product Demos: Show how products work and explain their main benefits.
- Target Achievement: Reach daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals set by the company.
- Customer Care: Answer questions, handle complaints, and build good long-term bonds with buyers.
- Reporting: Log daily visits,



customer feedback, and sales data into the company mobile app or CRM.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Communication: Clear, friendly speaking and listening skills.
- Mobility: Ready to travel daily across local zones; a valid two-wheeler or driver’s license is often required.
- Drive: High energy, self-motivated, and able to work well without direct supervision.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of proven experience in face-to-face sales, retail, or promotion roles.
- Education: High school diploma or a bachelor’s degree in any field

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
