We are hiring Customer Support / Voice Process Associates to join our International Banking team. In this role, you will handle voice-based customer interactions for global banking clients, delivering high-quality resolution to queries while maintaining strict compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound banking customer calls in a professional and polite manner.
- Assist customers with account management, card queries, transaction inquiries, and basic banking assistance.
- Resolve customer issues within stipulated response times and elevate complex queries when necessary.
- Adhere strictly to international banking regulations, security procedures, and compliance guidelines.
- Maintain clear and precise logs of all call interactions in the internal database.
Requirements & Skills
- Education: Any Graduate (B.A., B.Com, B.Sc, B.E., BBA, etc.).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication with a clear,
neutral accent.
- Experience: Freshers or candidates with experience in International BPO / Voice Process are welcome.
- Skills: Strong active listening, problem-solving abilities, and phone etiquette.
Shift & Schedule Details
- Shift Timings: Fixed Night Shift (US Hours).
- Working Days: 5 Days Working.
- Offs: Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off.
