We are seeking an experienced Closing Manager to oversee and manage the end-to-end property closing process in a real estate company. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination between customers, banks, legal teams, sales teams, and internal departments to complete property transactions, documentation, payment collections, and possession formalities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete customer closing and possession process
- Coordinate with sales, legal, finance, and CRM teams
- Ensure timely collection of pending payments and documentation
- Handle agreement execution, registration, and possession formalities
- Coordinate with banks for home loan disbursements
- Verify customer documentation and compliance requirements
- Maintain closure MIS reports and transaction records
- Resolve customer queries related to payments, registration, and handover
- Monitor project-wise closure timelines and targets




- Ensure compliance with company policies and RERA guidelines
