Finacle L2 Support Engineer

Experience: 6-8 Years
Location: Navi Mumbai

We are seeking a Finacle L2 Support Engineer with experience in production support, incident management, and core banking applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and availability of Finacle applications while delivering timely issue resolution and stakeholder support.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide Level 2 support for Finacle Core Banking applications and related banking modules.
- Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents, service requests, and application issues within SLA timelines.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures for recurring issues.
- Support CASA, Loans, Deposits, Payments, and Trade Finance modules.
- Execute SQL queries for data validation, analysis, and issue resolution.
- Monitor application health, logs, interfaces, and batch processes.
- Support EOD/BOD activities, reconciliations, and release deployments.
- Coordinate with business teams, vendors, and L3 support for issue resolution.
- Maintain incident, problem, and change records using ticketing tools.
- Provide regular status updates, reports, and documentation to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with operational, security, and audit requirements.

Required Skills





- Solid experience in Finacle Core Banking Solution (CBS) support.
- Hands-on experience in L2 Production/Application Support.
- Good understanding of CASA, Loans, Deposits, Payments, and Trade Finance operations.
- Proficiency in SQL/Oracle Database and data analysis.
- Knowledge of Unix/Linux commands and shell scripting.
- Experience with ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira, or similar ticketing tools.
- Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, and Change Management).
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to work in a 24x7 shift support environment.
