Job Summary

Lere Academy is seeking a results-driven SEO Specialist with at least 1 year of professional experience to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of search engine optimization, keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, and website performance optimization. You will play a key role in improving our online visibility, increasing organic traffic, and generating quality leads.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, blog posts, and metadata for search engines.
- Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities, including link-building campaigns.
- Monitor website performance using SEO tools and provide actionable insights.
- Conduct regular website audits to identify and resolve technical SEO issues.
- Collaborate with the content, design, and marketing teams to execute SEO-driven campaigns.
- Track, analyze, and report SEO performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
- Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithm updates,



and industry best practices.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience as an SEO Specialist or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar SEO tools.
- Understanding of keyword research, backlink analysis, and website optimization techniques.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPress is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- SEO certifications from Google, HubSpot, or other recognized platforms are an added advantage.
- Experience in the education or digital marketing industry is preferred.
