Job Description
- Perform manual, automation, API, and security testing to identify bugs and ensure software quality.
- Prepare and execute test cases, test scenarios, and defect reports.
- Provide desktop and technical support to employees and troubleshoot hardware, software, and system-related issues.
- Coordinate with the Development and IT teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth system operations.
