Role & Responsibilities:

Project Leadership & Execution

- Lead and oversee multiple Projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure projects are executed within approved budgets, timelines, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
- Prepare project reports and present updates to management.
- Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions to achieve project objectives.

Resource Optimization:

· Strategically allocating human capital, machinery, and financial resources across multiple concurrent projects to prevent underutilization or critical project bottlenecks.

Contract Management

- Oversee contract administration, claims management, variations, and dispute resolution.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and statutory requirements.
- Manage commercial risks and maximize project profitability.

Client & Stakeholder Management

- Act as the primary interface with clients, authorities, consultants, concessionaires, and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business opportunities.

Strategic Planning & Operations

- Develop and implement project execution strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Participate in business planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and operational reviews.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.

Team Leadership

- Lead, mentor, and develop project teams across various locations.




- Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and results.
- Ensure effective succession planning and talent development within the organization.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, environmental requirements, and company policies.
- Promote a culture of safety and operational excellence across all projects.

Skills Required

- Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
- Expertise in project execution.
- Contract administration and commercial management.
- Client relationship and stakeholder management.
- Financial and project performance management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Primavera, MS Project, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.

Preferred candidate Profile :

- Candidates from Gujarat, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, will be preferred.
- Robust track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects.
- Experience in leadership roles such as Project Director, Vice President, General Manager, or equivalent.
