Experience: 3+ years in Tool & Fixture Design, preferably in Aerospace or Defense industry.
Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Aerospace Engineering. Tool Design specialization (CITD/NTTF or equivalent) preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design aerospace tooling, jigs, fixtures, drill templates, and handling equipment using CATIA.
- Create 3D models and 2D manufacturing drawings.
- Apply GD&T; and tolerance stack-up analysis.
- Ensure designs meet aerospace manufacturing standards and DFM requirements.
- Select suitable materials and tooling components.
Skills:
- CATIA V5/V6 (Part Design, Assembly, Drafting, Surfacing)
- GD&T; (ASME Y14.5)
- Tool & Fixture Design
