We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Telecalling Executive to support our Loan and Asset Management operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, customer engagement, and driving loan conversions through effective telecommunication strategies.

This role demands strong communication skills, and customer-centric execution.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information regarding loan eligibility, documentation, and repayment terms.

* Coordinate with internal departments for seamless loan processing and disbursement.

* Support payment follow-ups and customer reminders where required.

* Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory compliance standards.

Qualification:
*Plus 2 and above

Skills Required:
* Basic computer knowledge
* Solid communication skills
