Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to support business growth by generating leads, following up on enquiries, preparing quotations, and building strong customer relationships through phone, email, and online communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify sales leads through calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Respond to customer enquiries and prepare freight quotations.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into business.
- Maintain robust relationships with existing clients.
- Coordinate with the Pricing, Operations, and Customer Service teams for timely service delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Freight Forwarding, or Logistics.
- Good knowledge of Air Freight, Sea Freight, and logistics services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
