Role Overview:

We are looking for a smart, proactive, and detail-oriented freelance video editor who understands short-form content, storytelling, performance marketing for brands and AI-powered video creation.

If you’re someone who doesn’t just edit videos but thinks in terms of engagement, retention, and conversions, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Edit talking head videos with:

* Smooth & engaging transitions

* Professional color grading

* Sound effects & background music

* Energetic subtitles (high retention style)

- Create faceless videos (explainer, storytelling, AI-driven formats)
- Produce AI-generated videos based on client requirements
- Understands video requirements for performance marketing
- Collaborate on content & media planning for maximum engagement
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style)
- Enhance storytelling with basic scriptwriting inputs (especially for AI videos)
- Deliver projects on time with strict deadline discipline.

Required Skills:

- Strong experience in Reels / Short-form video editing.
- Hands-on expertise in tools like:



Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut / Final Cut
- Experience with AI tools such as: ElevenLabs (voiceovers), Freepik (visual assets), Google Veo (video creation)
- Understanding of: Hooks, retention editing, and viral formats, Social media algorithms & content psychology
- Basic scriptwriting ability for storytelling
- Graphic design knowledge is a plus.
