Hiring: Finishing Supervisor – Wooden Furniture

Gaur Art & Handicrafts LLP is a 100% export-oriented furniture manufacturing company based in Site-5, Greater Noida, looking for an experienced Finishing Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of 30 finishing workers.
- Plan daily finishing production to meet delivery schedules.
- Develop and match wood stains, PU, NC, Melamine, and other finishes.
- Ensure consistent colour, finish quality, and export standards.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality teams.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in wooden furniture finishing.
- Robust knowledge of colour matching, wood stains, and furniture finishing processes.
- Experience in production planning and team management.
- Export furniture industry experience preferred.

Salary: ₹35,000–₹60,000/month (based on experience)

Location: Site-5, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
