Job Title: HR Generalist
Industry: Event Management
Age Limit: Up to 38 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Sourcing, interviewing, and complete joining/exit formalities.
- Attendance & Shifts: Managing daily attendance, leaves, and event-based shift rosters.
- Payroll & HRMS: Tracking employee records and coordinating data for payroll processing.
- Staff Relations: Handling employee grievances, team coordination, and on-site workforce support.
Requirements
- Maximum 38 years old.
- Background in Event Management or Service Industry preferred.
- Experience with HRMS tools and shift/payroll coordination.
- Robust communication and stress-management skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
