Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced University Partnershipsto build and manage strategic partnerships with universities and educational institutions. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new partnership opportunities, executing university tie-ups, managing institutional relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination with partner universities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and establish partnerships with universities.
- Manage end-to-end university tie-ups, including negotiations, MoUs, and documentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with university officials and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership activities.
- Maintain partnership records, reports, and compliance documentation.
- Track partnership performance and provide regular updates to management.
- Travel for university meetings, networking,



and business development activities as required.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 2–6 years of experience in University Partnerships, Institutional Relations, B2B Partnerships, or Business Development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience in handling MoUs, institutional collaborations, and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
