Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for supervising construction activities, ensuring work is completed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise on-site construction work and daily activities
- Ensure work execution as per approved drawings and plans
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams
- Monitor material usage and site safety standards
- Prepare daily progress reports and site documentation
- Ensure timely completion of work as per project schedule

Requirements:

- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E in Civil Engineering (Completed)
- Minimum 1 year of site experience is mandatory
- Positive knowledge of construction methods and site execution
- Ability to manage site labor and coordinate effectively
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
