Role Description The Sales Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Patna. The individual in this role will engage directly with customers to understand their insurance and financial needs, present suitable products, and support them through the purchase process. Day-to-day tasks include generating leads, following up with prospects, explaining product features and advantages, completing paperwork and documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance. The Sales Associate will also maintain customer records, resolve basic service queries,



and contribute to achieving individual and branch sales targets. Collaboration with colleagues, adherence to regulatory guidelines, and consistent customer-focused service are core aspects of this role.
Qualifications

- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Basic understanding of banking or insurance products, or a willingness to learn quickly with on-the-job training.
- Ability to work on-site in Patna, manage time effectively, and handle multiple customer interactions during the day.
- Comfort with documentation, record-keeping, and use of basic computer applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM tools).
- Proactive sales mindset, including goal orientation, persistence in follow-up, and ethical selling practices.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in commerce, business, or a related field is preferred.
