nKey Responsibilities:

- n
- Administer, monitor, and maintain AIX/UNIX servers in enterprise environments.n
- Perform installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting of AIX systems.n
- Manage user accounts, file systems, LVM, NIM, and system performance tuning.n
- Monitor system availability, security, backups, and storage utilization.n
- Collaborate with application, database, and infrastructure teams to resolve server-related issues.n




- Support incident management, root cause analysis, and capacity planning activities.n

nRequired Skills:
n
- n
- 3-7 years of hands-on experience in AIX Administration.n
- Strong knowledge of UNIX/Linux operating systems, shell scripting, and system troubleshooting.n
- Experience with LVM, NIM, HACMP/PowerHA, system monitoring, and patch management.n
- Positive understanding of server performance tuning, backup, and recovery processes.n
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.n
