nRole Overview
nWe are looking for a highly skilled PCB Design Engineer with robust expertise in Cadence Allegro and Altium Designer to lead and deliver complex PCB design activities. This role involves end-to-end PCB development, from concept through layout to manufacturing release, ensuring high-quality, reliable designs aligned with industry standards and stakeholder expectations.
nKey Responsibilities:
n1. PCB Design & Layout Execution
nPerform high-Power, high-density PCB layout design using Cadence Allegro and Altium Designer
nHandle multi-layer PCB designs, including complex systems (power electronics, control boards, embedded systems)
nExecute component placement, routing, stack-up definition, and constraint-driven design
n2. Design Quality & Compliance
nEnsure compliance with IPC standards (IPC-2221, IPC-7351, Class 2/3)
nPerform DFM, DFA, and DFT analysis to ensure manufacturability and reliability
nConduct design reviews and validations before release
n3. Constraint & Signal Integrity Management
nDefine and implement:
no Electrical constraints
no Impedance control
no Differential pair routing
no Power integrity and signal integrity best practices
n4. Cross-functional Collaboration
nWork with schematic, mechanical, manufacturing, and test teams to ensure design feasibility
nEngage with suppliers and PCB fabricators for design optimization
nSupport prototype builds, debugging, and issue resolution
n5. Tools & Technology Ownership
nHands-on usage of:
no Cadence Allegro PCB Designer
no Altium Designer
nWork with:
no Constraint Manager (Allegro)
no Library management systems
no Version control environments (Git/SVN/PLM systems)
n6. Data Management & Release
nGenerate and validate:
no Gerber files / ODB++ / IPC-2581 outputs
no Fabrication & assembly drawings
nEnsure proper documentation, traceability, and version contro
