nWe are looking for a Assistant/ Deputy Manager – Infrastructure & Administration to support infrastructure and administration activities, including branch setup, relocation, facility management, vendor coordination, and day-to-day administration operations.
n

nPosition: AM/DM – Administration & Infrastructure
nExperience: 5–6 Years
nLocation: Mumbai – Corporate Office
nBudget: 6–8 LPA (Maximum)
nIndustry: NBFC / Banking / BFSI preferred

nKey Responsibilities
n
- n
- Support current branch/office setup, relocation, renovation, expansion, and closure activities.n
- Coordinate with landlords, contractors, vendors, architects, and internal stakeholders for infrastructure-related requirements.n
- Support site visits, site readiness, space planning, and office setup activities.n
- Coordinate day-to-day facility management, housekeeping, security, maintenance, and other administration services.n
- Manage and coordinate with vendors and service providers, including quotations, negotiations,



work orders, renewals, and performance tracking.n
- Support procurement of office furniture, fixtures, equipment, and other infrastructure requirements.n
- Maintain records of office assets, inventory, AMC contracts, leases, and vendor agreements.n
- Track infrastructure and administration expenses and support budget monitoring and cost control.n
- Ensure offices/branches comply with applicable safety, statutory, and administration requirements.n
- Coordinate with internal teams such as HR, IT, Finance, Business, and Operations for branch/office-related requirements.n
- Prepare and maintain MIS, trackers, project status reports, expense reports, and vendor-related reports.n
- Conduct regular follow-ups with vendors and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of infrastructure activities.n
