nAbout the Role
nThe Associate – Corporate Relations will be responsible for managing stakeholder communication and ensuring a smooth and professional experience across onboarding, KYC registration, documentation, service requests, and corporate interactions. The role requires excellent communication skills, professional etiquette, strong follow-up capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple internal teams.
nCandidates from hospitality, luxury service, aviation, premium customer service, client servicing, or customer-facing environments will be preferred.

- Act as the first point of contact for stakeholder communication and service requests.n
- Ensure timely and skilled responses to stakeholder inquiries.n
- Maintain positive stakeholder relationships through consistent follow-ups and service excellence.n
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and stakeholder interactions.n
- Manage stakeholder onboarding activities, including KYC registration, verification, documentation collection, and communication workflows.n
- Coordinate onboarding documentation and ensure all required forms, identification proofs, declarations, and supporting documents are collected accurately and within defined timelines.n
- Review submitted documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established requirements.n
- Follow up with stakeholders for missing, incomplete, or pending documentation.n
- Maintain accurate KYC rec
