nAbout the Role:
nWe are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Ruby on Rails and React.js to join our engineering team in Hyderabad.
n

nYou will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and enhancing web applications, APIs, batch processes, automation tools, and data products. The role involves working across both backend and frontend technologies in a modern cloud-based engineering environment.
n

nKey Responsibilities:

- n
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable applications using Ruby on Rails and React.js.n
- Build and enhance APIs, batch processes, automation solutions, and developer tools.n
- Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend components using React.js.n
- Design robust backend services using Ruby on Rails and MVC architecture.n




- Write high-quality, maintainable, and well-tested code following TDD practices.n
- Develop and maintain automated test suites using RSpec/Minitest.n
- Work with Git/GitHub in a collaborative development environment.n
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.n
- Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, product teams, and other stakeholders.n
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, Agile ceremonies, and sprint planning.n
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical decision-making.n
- Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve application performance and reliability.n

nRequired Skills:

- 4–6 years of software development experience.n
- Robust hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails.n
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js and modern frontend development.n
- Good understanding of Rails MVC architecture and the Ruby ecosyste
