- Strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM with hands-on experience in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and Talent Management modules, including Goal Management, Performance Management, Career Development, and Succession Planning.n
- Proven experience in providing L1/L2 production support, incident resolution, root-cause analysis,



and functional troubleshooting across Oracle HCM processes.n
- Strong understanding of Fusion Setup Manager (FSM) configurations, business process configurations, and BPM workflow management.n
- Experience supporting quarterly Oracle Cloud releases, including impact assessment, regression validation, and business readiness activities.n
- Hands-on experience in HCM Extracts, OTBI, and BI Publisher reporting to support operational and business reporting requirements.n
- Valuable understanding of Oracle HCM data structures and employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, talent reviews, performance evaluation, and workforce planning.n
- Experience supporting and coordinating integrations using REST APIs and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) between HCM, Payroll, and downstream enterprise applications.n
