In this role, you will provide technical assistance to customers, troubleshoot IoT devices and connectivity issues, and ensure an exceptional customer support experience. nKey Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp in a professional and timely manner.n
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and IoT device connectivity issues.n
- Provide technical support for IoT devices, sensors, gateways, and cloud-based solutions.n
- Guide customers on product features, functionality, and best practices.n




- Escalate complex technical issues to the relevant internal teams when required.n
- Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.n
- Follow up with customers to ensure complete issue resolution and satisfaction.n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve support processes and customer experience.n
- Create and maintain knowledge base articles, FAQs, and troubleshooting documentation.n
- Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to support product improvements.n
- Stay updated on recent product features, industry trends, and emerging IoT technologies.n
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance technical and customer support skills.n

nRequired Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunication, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.n
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in technical support
