Key skills : PCBA, QMS, validation, reliability, FRACAS, corrective actions, and field-failure investigations, root-cause investigations. ISO, IEC, PFMEA, SPC, poka-yoke, and traceability systems, DFM, DFT, DFR, and design reviews .

Essential Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's/Master's in Electronics Engineering.
15+ years of experience with significant leadership in electronics,

PCBA , or industrial manufacturing.
Robust knowledge of

QMS ,

validation , reliability, and applicable standards.
Proven success in audits,

FRACAS ,

corrective actions , and field-failure investigations.
15+ years of experience in Quality Management of production, Supplier, field failure .

Key Responsibilities
Quality Strategy & Governance
Define quality vision, objectives, KPIs, and annual operating plans.
Govern product releases, deviations, concessions, corrective actions,



and risk management.
Manage quality resources, budgets, and laboratory investments.
Quality Systems & Compliance
Maintain QMS aligned with

ISO, IEC, EN, UL, CE , and customer requirements.
Lead internal, customer, certification, and regulatory audits.
Ensure corrective/preventive actions and audit-ready documentation.
Manufacturing & Supplier Quality
Establish controls for SMT, assembly, soldering, coating, inspection, and testing.
Implement

PFMEA, SPC, poka-yoke, and traceability systems.
Improve yield, OEE, and reduce defects, rework, and scrap.
Qualify, audit, and develop suppliers.
Product Quality & Release
Define product validation criteria and release controls.
Support NPI through

DFM, DFT, DFR,

and design reviews.
Govern configuration management and engineering changes.
Test Laboratory & Reliability
Establish and manage Quality Test, Failure Analysis, and Reliability Lab.
Oversee functional, safety
