Job Title: Construction Equipment Operator / Technician (Fiori Concrete Mixer Experience Preferred)

Location:Indore & Bhopal (MP)
Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and maintain Fiori concrete mixers or similar self-loading concrete batching equipment on construction sites.

- Conduct routine inspections and minor repairs to ensure equipment is functioning properly and safely.

- Coordinate with site engineers and project managers for timely concrete mixing and placement.

- Maintain daily operation logs and report equipment issues promptly.

- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and site protocols.

- Provide training or guidance to junior staff as needed.

- Assist with logistics and material handling related to concrete production.

Qualifications:





- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Fiori mixers or equivalent self-loading concrete equipment.

- Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, Civil, or related technical discipline preferred.

- Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hydraulic and electrical systems.

- Ability to work independently and manage operational tasks under minimal supervision.

- Valid driver/operator license (if required by equipment type or location).

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with preventive maintenance practices.

- Knowledge of concrete mix designs and on-site batching requirements.

- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

- Flexibility to work in different site locations.
