+ Indenting/approvingqualityofengineeringmaterials. + CarryoutdutiesasspecifiedbyChiefEngineerfromtimetotime. + Supportsandinitiateprogramsfortheimprovementproceduresandthereductionofenergyandutilitycosts + Analysesandmonitorsenergycostsandexpendituresforthedepartment. + Maintainsanequipmentandmachineryrecordsystemfortheproperty + RecommendstotheAssistantChiefEngineer,newpoliciesandproceduresforamoreeconomicaloperationandmaintenanceprogram + InteractsandcooperateswithHotelguestsandoutsidecontractorsasdirectedbyhissuperior + Assiststradesmenwithmaintenanceandrepairwhenrequired + Conductsshiftbriefingstoensurehotelactivitiesandoperationalrequirementsareknown.
