Note: For this role, we require candidates with very strong GTS experience (Technical: Strong GTS Sr level) and Trade Compliance experience. Experience working on US Projects is a plus. We are seeking a Senior SAP GTS Technical Lead with strong experience designing, developing, and supporting technical solutions within SAP GTS. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting Buy American Act (BAA) and/or Trade Agreements Act (TAA) compliance solutions and translating complex trade compliance requirements into scalable SAP technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the Technical Lead for SAP GTS, owning technical design, development, integration, and deployment activities
Design and develop technical solutions supporting country-of-origin, product classification, trade compliance, and preference determination processes
Lead technical design, development, code reviews, testing, defect resolution, deployment, and production support
Partner closely with SAP GTS functional leads, business stakeholders, compliance teams, and other SAP technical teams
Lead and manage development resources across global teams with strong communication and technical leadership skills

TECHNICAL CAPABILITY REQUIRED





10+ years of overall SAP experience with strong hands-on SAP GTS expertise
Solid SAP technical development experience including ABAP, enhancements, BAdIs, user exits, interfaces, and custom development
Experience with SAP GTS integrations with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA, including master and transactional data
Experience supporting compliance solutions within an SAP environment; BAA/TAA compliance experience is a plus
Strong troubleshooting, technical leadership, and communication skills
