Assurance Manager – CA ( Mumbai and Hyderabad )

- Lead and manage multiple audit & assurance engagements, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.n
- Plan audit objectives, develop audit strategy, and identify/manage key audit risks.n
- Review and analyze financial statements, accounting records, and financial reports for accuracy and compliance.n
- Maintain regular client communication, manage expectations, and ensure strong client relationships.n
- Supervise, train, and mentor audit team members and provide performance feedback.n
- Manage multiple priorities while ensuring adherence to professional and firm standards.n

- CA / CPA qualifiedn
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Audit & Assurancen
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory/team management experiencen
- Solid experience working with Financial Services clients, particularly:n
- Broker Dealersn
- Private Equity / Venture Capitaln
- Hedge Fundsn
- Funds of Fundsn
- Strong analytical, communication, client management, and team leadership skills.n
