Glenburn is looking for an exceptionally organised, creative and resourceful individual to work closely with our leadership across our hospitality, tea, lifestyle and charitable initiatives.

nThis is not a traditional Personal Assistant position. We are looking for someone who combines the organisational skills of an excellent Executive Assistant with a strong visual eye, confident writing skills and the ability to turn ideas into beautifully executed projects.
n
nThe role will work across the Glenburn brands, including Glenburn Tea Estate, Glenburn Penthouse, Glenburn Cafe and Glenburn Tea , as well as supporting charitable and community initiatives.
n
nIt would suit someone who enjoys variety, is naturally organised, has positive design instincts and takes genuine satisfaction in making things happen.

The Role nYou will work closely with the principal to help organise information, communications, projects and priorities across a wide range of activities.

nYour responsibilities will include:

Executive & Personal Assistance n

- Organising information, documents, photographs, contacts and digital files so they are easy to retrieve and use.n
- Helping manage projects, deadlines, follow-ups and day-to-day priorities.n
- Preparing presentations, proposals, itineraries, briefing documents and correspondence.n
- Researching suppliers, partners, events, travel, products and other requirements as needed.n
- Keeping track of multiple ongoing projects and ensuring that details do not fall through the cracks.n

Brand, Content & Communications n

- Creating and formatting newsletters for Glenburn and related projects.n
- Assisting with social media content, invitations, menus, brochures, presentations and marketing collateral.n
- Working with photographs, copy and existing brand material to create polished communications.n
- Maintaining consistency of tone and visual identity across the different Glenburn brands.n
