n? What You’ll Do

- n
- Build the migration harness: shadow traffic, response diffing, metric parity dashboards, feature-flagged rollout, tested rollbackn
- Own the schema-to-schema migration — mapping, backfill, dual-write and reconciliation, consistency verification, documented cutover and rollback pointn
- Build Go services — HTTP APIs (Gin, Echo, Fiber, net/http), background workers, stream consumersn
- Use Go concurrency deliberately: goroutines, channels, context propagation, worker pools, graceful shutdown, leak prevention. At this traffic, concurrency bugs find youn
- Own MySQL schema and query performance from Go; pool tuning, transaction scope, live-table migrationsn
- Build Kafka producers and consumers with correct partitioning, offsets, replay and DLQ.

n? What We're Looking For

- n
- 3+ years of backend development experience.n
- Solid hands-on experience with Golang.n
- Deep understanding of concurrency and goroutines.n
- Experience with PostgreSQL and/or MySQL.n
- Familiarity with Redis and caching mechanisms.n
- Experience in designing and building microservices.n
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.n
- Experience with Docker and Git.n
