We’re Hiring: Key Account Manager – Europe | QuestionPro Location: Pune | Work from Office – 5 days a week Region: Europe Experience: Up to 3 years QuestionPro is looking for a Key Account Manager to manage, support, and grow our existing Education-sector customers across Europe. You’ll work closely with universities, schools, researchers, faculty, and institutional stakeholders to help them adopt and maximize the value of research and survey technology. Key Responsibilities • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing European customers • Drive customer onboarding, adoption, engagement, and retention • Conduct QBRs, product trainings, workshops, and enablement programs • Build solid relationships with university and education stakeholders • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and account expansion opportunities • Prepare proposals and manage commercial discussions and negotiations • Support customers through product changes and technology adoption • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support,



and Customer Success teams Skills & Experience • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently engage customers and lead training sessions • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills • Customer-first mindset with a proactive approach to solving customer challenges • Commercial acumen and confidence in discussing value, proposals, pricing, and negotiations • Consultative approach to understanding customer requirements and translating them into technology solutions • Strong learning agility and the ability to quickly understand and communicate SaaS products and new features • Excellent problem-solving, ownership, and follow-through • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • Interest or experience in SaaS, Education Technology, Research, or Customer Success is an advantage If you are ambitious, customer-focused,
