nDesired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
nMust-Have
nPL/SQL & Query knowledge - hands on is required and should be able to work on the SQL queries/commands as per the project needs
nGood Knowledge and hands on in Unix shell scripting and has the capability to develop shell scripts, perform test run and validate results and deploy to production.
nExperience in working with stakeholders to get requirements captured properly
nShould be strong in Unix shell programming to perform any automation that project needs.
nShould be well versed with all Unix commands
nShould be strong in all DDL/DML statements/Queries and SQL Concepts
nAssociates should have a positive communication skill and should be able to talk to customers and understand the requirements clearly and articulate the same to the team if needed.
nGood-to-Have
nData warehousing fundamentals and concepts
nAutosys / JIRA experience is preferred
nBanking Knowledge
