nAbout the Role:
nWe are hiring a customer-focused and self-disciplined Telecalling Executive for a work from home role. You will be responsible for handling customer calls, resolving queries, and maintaining daily reports from your own location.
n

nKey Responsibilities:
n

n- Handle high volume inbound & outbound calls to resolve customer queries and ensure a smooth customer journey.
n- Make follow-up calls for open tickets, feedback, and service closure.
n- Explain our products/services and assist customers with basic guidance over the phone.
n- Identify potential sales / upsell opportunities during calls and pass leads to the sales team.
n- Maintain accurate call logs, customer records and daily call status in Excel / Google Sheets & CRM.
n- Prepare and share daily / weekly / monthly calling and performance reports.
n- Escalate complex issues to the internal team when required.




n- Collect customer feedback and share insights to improve service.

nMust-Have Requirements:
n

n- Own Resources: Must have your own Laptop, Smartphone with Data, and / or stable speed Wi-Fi / Broadband
n- Quiet Workspace: Must have a quiet environment suitable for telecalling from home.
n- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets, reporting, and CRM tools.
n- Communication: Excellent verbal communication in English & Hindi is a must. Clear speech, active listening and convincing ability are key.
n- Experience: 6 months - 3 years in telecalling / telemarketing / voice support.
n- Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently in a remote setup.
n- Any Graduate / Undergraduate can apply. Prior experience in media / advertising is a plus.
n- Age no bar
