Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, and maintain SaaS integrations and automation workflowsn
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutionsn
- Define integration logic, data flows, and transformation rules between systemsn
- Implement monitoring, error handling, retries, alerts, and logging for production integrationsn
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues related to workflow logic, data flow, and platform behaviorn
- Optimize existing integrations for performance, scalability, and reliabilityn
- Work across multiple iPaaS platforms and adapt quickly to new tools and frameworksn
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers to clarify requirements and manage change requestsn
- Document integration workflows, configurations, and operational proceduresn
- Ensure integrations follow security, access control, and data handling best practicesn




- Take ownership of assigned integrations and ensure ongoing stability and supportn
- Continuously learn and adopt new automation, integration, and AI-related toolsn
- Willing to work in shift (PST - rotation)n
