Job Description
Sikich is seeking a Network Administrator responsible for administering, managing, and securing the companies network and infrastructure across India and US operations. This is a hands-on, infrastructure-focused role that maintains local infrastructure in India while providing support to US-based systems. The role requires a deep command of on-premises network environments, Windows Server, Entra ID and Azure cloud infrastructure.

- Serve as primary point of contact for critical outages and alerts, triaging and resolving issues with a sense of urgency.n




- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues including switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs.n
- Diagnose network hardware problems and coordinate repair or replacement as needed.n
- Configure and maintain network devices including switches, routers, firewalls, and VPN systems.n
- Support Windows Server environments including basic administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.n
- Test network connectivity, validate configurations, and perform network diagnostics.n
- Monitor network device logs and alert systems to identify and respond to issues proactively.n
- Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and resolutions for knowledge base and audit purposes.n
- Provide incident response and coordination with other departments and external vendors when necessary.n
