- Provide L2 network support for Juniper-based infrastructure (LAN/WAN/Firewall)n
- Handle advanced troubleshooting, configuration, and incident resolutionn
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of network workplacen

n2. Key Responsibilities
nA. Network Operations & Support
n
- n
- Manage and support Juniper devices (MX, EX, QFX, SRX series)n
- Perform configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of routers/switches/firewallsn
- Handle L2 incidents, service requests, and problem ticketsn
- Work with L1 for escalation and coordinate with L3 for complex issues [linkedin.com]n

nB. Troubleshooting & Incident Management

- Perform advanced troubleshooting of network issues (routing, switching, firewall, VPN)n
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA)



and implement corrective actionsn
- Ensure incident resolution within SLA timelinesn

nC. Configuration & Change Management

- Implement network configuration changes (VLAN, routing, subnetting, ACLs)n
- Execute standard changes as per CAB / SOPn
- Participate in firmware upgrades, patching, and DR drillsn

nD. Monitoring & Performance Optimization

- Monitor network using tools like SolarWinds, Nagios, PRTGn
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize network throughputn
- Maintain uptime and network healthn

nE. Security & Compliance

- Configure and manage firewall policies (Juniper SRX)n
- Ensure security through VPN, ACLs, and filtering rulesn
