Job Summary

The Associate – Line Feeding will be responsible for efficient management of warehouse stores, timely line feeding to production areas, and smooth coordination with internal teams. The role requires hands-on experience in warehouse operations, WMS usage, and material handling.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily stores operations including receiving, storage, and issuance of materials.
- Ensure timely and accurate line feeding to production/assembly lines as per schedule.
- Operate and update Warehouse Management System (WMS) for inventory tracking and material movement.
- Coordinate with production teams for demand planning and material requirements.
- Monitor stock levels, highlight shortages, and ensure replenishment.
- Maintain proper documentation for material inward/outward and line feeding transactions.




- Follow FIFO, safety standards, and warehouse SOPs.
- Assist in stock audits, cycle counting, and variance resolutions.
- Ensure smooth material flow to avoid line stoppage.
- Support process improvement initiatives in warehouse and line feeding operations.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and line feeding processes.
- Hands-on experience with WMS and basic MS Office.
- Ability to work in quick-paced warehouse environments.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and material handling.
