Job Responsibilities

- Prepare a monthly cash flow forecast to be submitted via the FRM system
- Ensure that every transaction with a customer includes a trade route, and that the quantity delivered and YII received is balanced (equal)
- Stock counting warehouse every 3 months
- Make a list of AP & make a recon plan (local supplier)
- Checking the process of cust approval invoice
- Check with consultant to make sure the risk and impact from return and revised invoice and tax invoice to our taxation
- Set up project team with reconciliation

Job Requirement and Qualification

- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar finance, accounting, or tax role




- Valuable understanding of financial accounting principles, tax regulations, and reporting standards
- Proficiency in using financial software, ERP, accounting modules (AR, AP, GL,) and spreadsheet applications (e.g. Microsoft Excel)
- Good communication in English
- Being able to speak Mandarin is a huge advantage
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly motivated and able to work under pressure and deadline
- Honest and initiative, able to work autonomously as a team leader
- Personal effectiveness skills in planning, organizing, managing time and priorities
