Job Title: Part time Marketing Assistant

Job Description: We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to help support daily marketing operations, with a primary focus on content creation, social media management, and assisting with events for all brands. This role collaborates closely with the broader marketing team to ensure consistent and timely content across social media platforms, websites, and marketing campaigns.

Essential Duties: Create and manage social media content across platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.

Source engaging content from customers, dealers, events, manufacturing operations, and real-world product applications.

Identify opportunities to collect user-generated content for repurposing across company social media channels.

Capture photos and videos for use on social media, websites, brochures, and other marketing materials.

Partner with the sales team to identify customers willing to share testimonials, feedback, or product experiences.

Gather customer quotes, photos, and supporting details for testimonials and case studies.

Develop short blog articles and social media content based on customer success stories and real-world experiences.

Assist with the planning and coordination of trade shows, and industry events.





Support coordination of content and marketing needs for company events.

Assist with planning and organizing internal and community events.

Qualifications: High school diploma required; pursuing or completed/ completing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

Basic knowledge of marketing principles

Experience with design tools (e.g., Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
