:

ZIA :

- Manage, configure, and support ZIA policies, web filtering, URL categorization,firewall and SSL inspection.
- Troubleshoot internet access, authentication, application access, and performance issues.
- Analyze ZIA logs and Nanolog data to identify traffic patterns, anomalies, and threats.
- Configure and manage GRE/IPSec tunnels and PAC files.
- Handle escalations related to content filtering, SSL decryption, and bandwidth control.
- Integrate ZIA with identity providers (Azure AD, Okta, SAML, LDAP).
- Optimize ZIA policies based on security best practices and business needs.
- Manage and monitor Zscaler App (Z-App) deployment, updates, and health status.

ZPA:

- Configure and maintain ZPA policies, application segments, and connectors.
- Troubleshoot ZPA connectivity issues, including App Connector failures and segment misconfigurations.
- Perform user access validation and resolve remote access issues.
- Collaborate with application teams for recent ZPA onboarding and testing
- Monitor and optimize ZPA performance and resource utilization.
- Integrate ZPA with third-party identity providers for secure Zero Trust Access.




- Provide advanced troubleshooting for TCP/UDP connections through ZPA tunnels.
- Perform regular ZPA policy reviews and clean-ups.

DLP:

- Configure Zscaler DLP policies to protect sensitive data across ZIA and ZPA
- Monitor DLP alerts, incidents, and generate reports for compliance audits.
- Analyze false positives/negatives and fine-tune DLP rules
- Collaborate with compliance and data governance teams on DLP strategies.
- Create custom DLP dictionaries, regex, and machine learning classifiers.
- Escalate complex DLP use-cases to Zscaler TAC for further analysis.

- Perform health checks, monitoring, and incident response for ZIA, ZPA, and DLP

- Work closely with Zscaler TAC and engineering for critical escalations and RCA.

- Stay updated with Zscaler new features, releases, and best practices

- Provide regular training, knowledge sharing, and mentorship to L1/L2 teams.

- Strong understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, VPNs)

- Knowledge of networking fundamentals routing switching VLANs SPANs TCP IP protocols. Document network configurations, procedures, and best practices.

- Zscaler certifications like ZCCA-IA, ZCCA-PA, ZCCP-IA/PA are preferred
