Job Title: Zoho CRM Technical Lead / Solution Architect

Job Summary

We are seeking a Zoho CRM Technical Lead / Solution Architect with strong hands-on experience in designing, developing, customizing, and integrating Zoho solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Zoho CRM, Deluge scripting, Zoho Flow, workflows, automation, REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and third-party integrations.

The role will be responsible for translating business requirements into scalable Zoho solutions, designing system architecture and data flows, developing integrations and automation, reviewing existing solutions, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing technical guidance to Zoho developers.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop scalable Zoho CRM solutions and architecture.
- Customize Zoho CRM modules, workflows, automation, and business processes.
- Develop integrations between Zoho applications and third-party systems using REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and Zoho Flow.
- Develop and maintain Deluge scripts for custom functionality and automation.
- Define data structures, data flows, system dependencies, and integration frameworks.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Review existing Zoho implementations and recommend improvements.
- Provide technical guidance, code/solution reviews,



and mentoring to developers.
- Support data migration, synchronization, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.
- Maintain technical documentation for architecture, integrations, workflows, and configurations.

Required Skills
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience with Zoho CRM / Zoho Platform.
- Strong experience with Zoho CRM customization, automation, and integrations.
- Strong Deluge scripting experience.
- Experience with Zoho Flow, Zoho Forms, Zoho Sign, or other Zoho applications.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
- Experience designing workflows, approval processes, and business automation.
- Understanding of data architecture, data flows, and system integrations.
- Solid problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to provide technical leadership and mentor developers.

Preferred
- Zoho certifications.
- Experience with complex Zoho implementations and third-party integrations.
- Previous experience as a Zoho Technical Lead, Zoho Lead Developer, Zoho Architect, or Solution Architect.

Work Location: Chennai – Onsite No Remote / No Relocation

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
