Job Summary

We are looking for a Zoho HRMS & Finance Specialist with hands-on experience with Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, Zoho Payroll, and Zoho Finance. The candidate should be capable of configuring, customizing, automating, and supporting Zoho applications based on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and manage Zoho HRMS and Finance applications.
- Work on Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, Zoho Payroll, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, and Zoho Billing.
- Manage HR processes including employee lifecycle, recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, timesheets, and payroll.
- Manage finance processes including invoicing, expenses, payments, receivables, payables, and inventory.
- Develop Deluge scripts, workflows, custom functions, and automation.
- Configure forms, modules, approvals, reports, and dashboards.
- Integrate Zoho applications with other systems using REST APIs and Webhooks.




- Troubleshoot issues and provide functional and technical support.
- Understand business requirements and implement suitable Zoho solutions.

Required Skills

- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience with Zoho HRMS and Finance applications.
- Strong knowledge of Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, and Zoho Payroll.
- Valuable knowledge of Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, and Zoho Billing.
- Hands-on experience with Deluge scripting, workflows, and automation.
- Knowledge of Zoho Creator, REST APIs, and Webhooks is an advantage.
- Good understanding of HR and Finance business processes.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
