About the Role

Design and customize Zoho CRM, Creator, and other Zoho apps to support healthcare workflows.

- Develop Deluge scripts, custom functions, and webbooks for automation.
- Integrate Zoho apps with hospital calendars, appointment booking systems, hospital management systems (HMS), EMR/EHR platforms etc.
- Develop and manage API-based integrations to synchronize data across Zoho and external healthcare applications.
- Ensure smooth two-way data flow between Zoho CRM and external systems (appointments, patient records, billing, etc.).
- Work with Zoho Flow, custom APIs, and middleware tools for scalable integrations.
