/ Responsibilities

We're looking for a dynamic Works Manager to lead daily operations, ensuring protected production output, and meeting targets.

Safety:

- Ensure safe systems.

- Ensure implementation by people and equipment.

QC/QA Coordination:

- Adherence to all compliances (GMP/FDA, Pollution, ISO, Others)

Production Planning:

- Equipment Allocation

- Manpower Planning.

- Maintenance Planning.

Yield / Cost Control:

- Process monitoring- RM consumption control.

- Utility monitoring and control.

Desired profile of the candidate

- BSc, MSc, BE/Btech Chemical

- Experienced candidates with a Diploma will also be considered.

- 10+ years of hands-on experience in Plant Operation.

Experience in GMP, FDA, and ISO-compliant plants is a must.





- Excellent understanding of chemical batch technology in a general-purpose multi-product environment

- Demonstrable people skills, a team player, and the ability to coach.

- Should have handled a team of supervisors and operators.

- Excellent understanding of chemical manufacturing regulations in terms of safety and quality.

- Experience in managing labor & labor contractors.

A hands-on manager who can quickly gain the respect of the workforce. Leadership qualities to drive through the necessary changes at the plant.
