We are looking for an Event Manager to manage end-to-end execution of offline events for our stock broking brand, investor seminars, partner meets, product launches, Fintech event participation and end to end management.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute seminars, investor meets and offline marketing events.
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, speakers, and internal teams for seamless event execution.
- Travel for on-ground event planning, coordination, and execution as required.
- Support marketing activities related to events, campaigns, and brand activations.
- Plan and coordinate social media content and promotions before events.
- Manage event coverage, including photos, videos, and live updates during events.
- Coordinate post-event social media activities, highlights, reels, and engagement content.
- Track registrations, attendee experience, and post-event performance reports.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in event coordination or marketing events.
- Solid organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Willingness to travel for events and activities.
- NISM Certification (Preferred).
- Experience in BFSI, Stock Broking, or Fintech will be an added advantage.
