We are looking for a hands-on E-commerce professional who can independently manage and grow our online business across multiple e-commerce marketplaces and sales channels.

? What You'll Do

- Manage day-to-day operations across all major e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, JioMart, Tata CLiQ, and other relevant marketplaces.
- Take complete ownership of product listings, catalog, pricing, promotions, inventory, and product visibility across platforms.
- Manage marketplace seller panels, including orders, inventory, returns, claims, payments, and account health.
- Coordinate with KAMs and platform representatives to improve sales and resolve operational issues.
- Plan and execute marketplace promotions, offers, campaigns, and product launches.
- Monitor daily sales, inventory, pricing, returns, cancellations, and overall marketplace performance.
- Analyze platform-wise sales and performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, rankings, and market activity across platforms.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Warehouse, Accounts, and Operations teams for smooth marketplace operations.
- Manage marketplace advertising and promotional activities wherever required.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales, visibility, conversion, and profitability across each platform.
- Handle marketplace escalations and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
- Take complete ownership of the company's E-commerce business and growth across all platforms.

? Mandatory Skills




- 2–5 years of relevant E-commerce / Marketplace experience.
- Hands-on experience managing multiple e-commerce platforms.
- Strong understanding of marketplace operations, catalog management, pricing, inventory, promotions, order management, and account health.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis.
- Positive communication, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple platforms and take ownership of business performance.

⭐ Added Advantage
- Experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, JioMart, Tata CLiQ, or similar marketplaces.
- Experience with marketplace advertising.
- Knowledge of A+ Content, SEO, product ranking, and conversion optimization.
- Experience coordinating directly with marketplace KAMs.
- Experience in FMCG, Nutraceutical, Healthcare, Beauty, or Consumer Products.
