We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager with 6+ years of experience to join our team in Noida.

The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in SEO, SMO, PPC, AEO, digital marketing strategy, and client management, along with excellent communication skills and proven experience working with international clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with client business goals.
- Manage and oversee SEO, SMO, PPC, and AEO campaigns.
- Handle international clients independently and maintain strong, professional relationships.
- Understand client requirements and provide strategic recommendations.
- Manage technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits.
- Plan, monitor, and optimize PPC/Google Ads campaigns based on performance and ROI.
- Develop strategies for AEO and search visibility across emerging AI-driven search platforms.
- Monitor website traffic, rankings, leads, conversions, and campaign performance.
- Prepare performance reports and present insights and recommendations to clients.
- Coordinate with SEO, content, development, and design teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Identify new opportunities for improving organic traffic, lead generation, and overall digital performance.
- Lead, manage, and mentor the digital marketing team, ensuring clear responsibilities, productivity, and timely delivery.
- Delegate tasks and manage team workflows across SEO, SMO,



PPC, AEO, content, and other digital marketing activities.
- Review team performance, provide guidance and feedback, and ensure campaigns meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Conduct regular team meetings, track project progress, resolve operational challenges, and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective strategies and continuously improve campaign performance.

- Requirements

- 6+ years of professional experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of SEO, SMO, PPC, and AEO.
- Strong technical understanding of SEO and website optimization.
- Proven experience handling international clients.
- Excellent English communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client handling and account management capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to take ownership of projects and deliver measurable results.
- Experience with digital marketing tools, analytics, reporting, and campaign management.
