We’re looking for a hands-on Webflow Developer & CRO Specialist to own and scale our enterprise website, improve site performance, and drive higher demo conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Build & maintain scalable, responsive Webflow websites using Client-First / Relume

Work with HTML, CSS & Java Script for custom integrations and interactions

Plan and execute A/B tests & CRO experiments

Optimize demo funnels, user journeys and conversion drop-offs

Manage Webflow CMS and modular landing pages

Improve Core Web Vitals, SEO, GTM & GA4 tracking

Use tools like VWO/Optimizely, Hotjar/MS Clarity & Page Speed
