About the Role

We are looking for a creative and proactive Website Designer & Social Media Executive to help build and manage ZOLAR’s digital presence.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can manage our website, create professional content, handle social media platforms and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

Website Management

- Design, update and maintain the company website.
- Upload and update project portfolios, services and company information.
- Ensure the website is modern, mobile-friendly and professionally presented.
- Create basic landing pages when required.
- Implement basic SEO practices.

Social Media Management

- Manage ZOLAR’s LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook accounts.
- Create and publish regular posts, creatives and basic reels/videos.
- Develop a monthly content calendar.
- Create content around solar projects, installations, company updates, client success stories and industry developments.
- Monitor engagement and maintain regular posting consistency.

Design & Content
- Create professional graphics using Canva, Adobe or similar tools.
- Edit basic videos/reels for social media.
- Assist with company presentations, brochures, proposals and other marketing creatives.
- Maintain consistency with ZOLAR’s branding and visual identity.

Requirements





- Experience in website design/management and social media handling.
- Knowledge of WordPress or similar website platforms.
- Good knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools.
- Basic understanding of SEO.
- Basic video editing skills.
- Understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.
- Good design sense and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.

Preferred

- 1–3 years of relevant experience
- Experience in a B2B, engineering, construction or renewable-energy company will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of basic digital marketing and analytics.

We are not looking for someone who simply posts content.

We want someone who can help us build ZOLAR’s digital identity from the ground up—from creating a premium website to professionally showcasing our projects and building a solid presence across social media.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Elliot Road, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

- Bachelor's (Preferred)
